FS#173 - Item.Path starting with a slash doesn't respect the Destination directory location

Any plugins that pass a path back to FileSieve that start with either a \ or / slash character results in the location of the respective item not being placed onto the destination path.

original description

The Tag method doesn’t prepend the Profile’s Destination location to the path of processed items, and neither do any other

The Profile's Destination path seems to be omitted if the Name Mask starts with a / slash character.

Any slash - / or \ - are automatically stripped from the start of the Naming Mask, if found.

In fact, this should be fixed at a more fundamental level as any plugins that return a path starting with a slash will result in the same outcome.

The auto-stripping change above will be reverted and a proper fix will be implemented.

The fix has been implemented within the processing core of FileSieve; any plugins that return a path starting with any kind of slash is removed.
