Summary0000375: Add a CreateFolders copy mode
Description

In addition to the Simulate/Copy/Move/Delete copy modes, add a CreateFolders mode that processes the current profile and creates sub-folders as normal but doesn't actually copy/move/delete files into those folders.

This supplements the new Create Folders feature (0000340).
