Summary0000406: Modifier: Attributes should clear/set/ignore values
Description

Currently, the Modifier.Attributes plugin will either set or clear attributes on files but doesn't provide the functionality to ignore an attribute without modifying it.

Add support for tri-checked checkboxes so attributes can be ignored.
