Summary0000459: Redesign the eBooks UI
Description

Twitter Delitter isn't going Metro-style and the eBooks form needs a redesign to support the new posting features in task 0000457, so this is a good time to redesign the interface to match the rest of the application. It sort of uses the FileSieve-style UI - which is, what, 12 years old at this point? - in places but at least that's more consistent than the flat-style that is currently eBooks.

The eBooks feature has been redesigned even further, allowing only check-marked tweets to be posted to the live feed.
In addition, you can write your own tweets that should also be posted. It was simple enough to add, so why not?
