Summary0000063: Settings - Interface - Override Accent Colour should change colour in realtime
Description

When selecting the new accent colour from the ColorPicker, the accent colour for the application should update in realtime to show how it looks.

The Settings window should be forced to its Active state so it is drawn with the colour while the ColorPicker is active.
