Summary	0000396: Need to restart TD for Twitter authentication to apply correctly
Description	Running Twitter Delitter and allowing it access to the Twitter account results in an authentication error if a tweet is deleted without restarting TD after the access is granted.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Run Twitter Delitter. 2) Click on Login and allow Twitter Delitter access to the Twitter account. 3) Queue a tweet, show the Queued Tweets window, and attempt to delete queued tweets. 4) Authentication error occurs if Twitter Delitter hasn't been restarted between steps 2 and 3.
