Summary0000291: Add a Comica 1.xx -> 2.xx Definition converter
Description

Add a way to convert comic definitions in the v1.xx format into the new v2.xx format. Might as well make this a tool that can be accessed via the Comica interface just in-case anyone else wants to use it for their own legacy definitions.
