Summary0000304: Add a Comic Archive "clean up"
Description

Add an option within one of the main window's menus that allows the user to "clean" up Comica. Primarily, this will go through all comic archives and ensure that there are no orphaned metastore entries for image strips that no longer exist.

More can be added to this in the future, but it's doubtful that any further data can be potentially orphaned. In fact, it's not very likely that comic archives will end up with orphaned data (but has during development, so might as well add the clean-up feature anyway).
