Summary0000425: NIC controls not disabled on Instrumentation tab
Description

When disabling instrumentation support within the Device Editor's Instrumentation tab, all controls become disabled except for Network Card, its ComboBox, and its Labels. I can't immediately tell if this is on purpose as I would have tested it all when it was implemented, so I'm not sure of its intended behaviour.
