Summary0000445: MetroButton sometimes misses clicks
Description

Due to the way mouse clicks are implemented, the MetroButton control can sometimes "miss" when the user clicks upon it.

Entirely disable the ability for the parent form to be moved via the MetroButton, which will eliminate the issue.
