Summary0000482: Wrap ComboBoxEx in a ToolStripControlHost
Description

RuleSets have an image associated with them but they can't be shown within a ToolStrip because the ToolStripComboBox cannot show images. The ComboBox is, in general, a bit crap - hence the existence of ComboBoxEx.

Wrap the ComboBoxEx control in a ToolStripControlHost so it can be placed in a ToolStrip, and therefore provide extra functionality such as showing images.
