Summary0000051: Add configurable instrumentation
Description

Allow the user to choose which instrumentation categories to display within the main interface.

The problems with this is the positioning of that data, and how to allow the user to enter the performance counter names. This could be a huge amount of work, so maybe allow the input of names directly by directing them to use the built-in Windows perf counter app to obtain the counter names.
