Summary0000055: Overriding the accent colour doesn't refresh toolbars' colours
Description

By default, WoLEX takes the system accent colour and uses it for accenting various windows and controls to give it a personalised look.

Overriding the colour via Settings - Interface - Override accent colour changes that accent, but toolbars don’t take on the change without requiring a restart.
