Summary0000087: Correct the display of Highlight drawing within GradientPanels
Description

The Highlight effect isn’t being drawn correctly within GradientPanels due to them being a different size than the Preview image.

Pass the GradientPanel rectangle to the Highlight layer drawing code instead of the Preview image rectangle.

In addition to the above, the wrong highlights are being drawn within the Highlight section in that the Styles panels should be displaying what they do rather than what is selected.
