Summary0000095: Rewrite the Magnifier control so it is managed
Description

The previous Magnifier control uses the Microsoft Magnification.dll library. You’d think it would be nice and quick - it isn’t.

The CopyFromScreen managed call is seemingly a whole lot faster - very surprising, so now Coders’ Kit will be using ManagedMagnifier... when I’ve written it.
