Summary0000329: Add Open Archive Folder to comic context menu
Description

Add an Open Archive Folder item to the context menu when right-clicking on a comic definition. This will open the on-disk folder that contains that definition's downloaded comic strips; disable the item if the archive doesn't exist.

Also added support for specifying a tab of the Settings pane to automatically select when it's opened, as a user convenience feature.
