Summary0000342: Add support for downloading multiple comics simultaneously
Description

Only one comic can currently be downloaded at a time, and it's coupled to the interface in that progress information will be reported on the download.

Add support for downloading more than one comic at a time (and disassociate downloading from the user interface in task 0000339).
