Summary0000348: Add options dialog for clean-up
Description

The Comic Archive Clean-Up feature needs to be a bit more aggressive with any potential problems it detects. For instance - and what has prompted this options dialog task addition - if a comic strip image or another file exists on-disk but isn't in the .metastore file then should it be deleted?

While ordinarily, I'd say yes, it's probably best to have the user decide.

The Clean-Up form is currently opening and performing the original functionality (it does an actual clean) that was present before the form was added. No real UI, as such.

Trying to steer away from mentioning Archive within the form; that is, Archive Clean-Up. The reason being that the Clean-Up form will be used for general maintenance rather than just strictly for cleaning the user's archive.
