Summary0000387: Re-design main window's interface
Description

The interface for the main window is somewhat dated and isn't much fun to work with in the WinForms designer as clicking on a tab doesn't actually show the corresponding panel for said tab.

Change the UI so it uses the VerticalTabControl that is used within the newly-implemented Folder Creator.
