Summary0000390: Import Tweets should be more helpful
Description

If the user selects the wrong Twitter data (their whole Twitter data as opposed to just the tweets archive), TD should let them know why importing didn't work rather than just say it's the wrong file.

The interface text also needs to be rewritten so it offers information on downloading the tweet archive based on if the user is using the old or new Twitter website design.
