Summary0000424: ComboBoxEx disabled state border
Description

The ComboBoxEx control should have a (faint) border when its .Enabled state is False as it looks a little bit weird; would fit in with the Microsoft Office UI design, but eh - this ain't Office, son!

Turns out the border was already being drawn, it was just that it was being drawn with SystemColors.Control which essentially makes it invisible if the control is sitting on a background with that colour. Oops - presumably, I was originally testing with a white background or something.
