Description

There's currently an information banner that is shown if no filtering options are specified; add a banner if no results have been returned for the entered search query and any other instances where the tweets list becomes empty.

Added a Loading... banner display when starting Twitter Delitter as it can be blank for a couple of seconds due to loading a massive Deletion Queue.
