Summary	0000453: Rewrite the Filtering system
Description	As in 0000452, the filtering system is simply too basic for the amount of (meta)data that is being manipulated. The issue for redesigning the filtering is that Twitter Delitter uses a dialog-style interface and the filtering options are contained within a ListView; the latter, especially, doesn't lend itself to providing a wealth of filtering options.
