Summary0000458: Notify user if Twitter archive is empty
Description

I've just created a new Twitter account for Twitter Delitter testing purposes over at Twitter.com/TDApp2.

I then tried to import its empty Twitter account information and TD didn't say anything when it found that the tweets list was empty. Very unlikely that anyone would run into this, but add a message explaining why no tweets are appearing within the list.

A message box is shown telling the user that the Twitter archive seemed to be valid, the account it's from doesn't seem to have had any tweets posted to it.
