Description

Leave the user's credentials within TD but revoke access via the Twitter.com site; see if TD gives an appropriate error.

Made quite a few changes to the authorisation and error-handling flow if TD encounters an error during login, including the revocation of its access token. May need some tweaks in the future but it's much better than prior handling.
