Summary0000524: Allow %codes% within Source Item paths
Description

Just like the destination path %codes% implementation, allow source items that have %codes% in their path. If a source item path has a % defined, then don't warn the user that it doesn't exist when processing as %codes% suggests that the item may or may not exist at any moment.
